The report details the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) 'No Waiting At Any Time'.
The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Cabinet Member for Highways, Parks and Leisure Services approves the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the order at a cost of £760 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Cheadle Hulme South ward allocation):-

Minutes:
A representative of the Strategic Head of Service & Monitoring Officer (Legal & Democratic Governance) submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) 'No Waiting At Any Time'.
It was commented that Members welcomed the proposals to improve the situation for residents, noting the issues around parking concerns on Dundonald Road at its junction with Hulme Hall Road.
RESOLVED – That the Cabinet Member for Highways, Parks and Leisure Services be recommended to give approval to the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the order at a cost of £760 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Cheadle Hulme South ward allocation):-
