The Committee, if minded to grant planning permission, is recommended to defer and delegate the decision to the Head of Planning, pending the applicant entering into a Section 106 Agreement to secure the £10,000 financial contribution towards open space provision, with associated review mechanism/ clawback clause.

RESOLVED – That the Deputy Chief Executive and Corporate Director for Corporate & Support Services be authorised to determine the application subject to the applicant entering into Section 106 Agreement to secure the £10,000 financial contribution towards open space provision with associated review mechanism/ clawback clause, as well as the additional conditions in relation to footway widening and street lighting.
