RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services & Deputy Chief Executive be authorised to determine the application subject to the applicant entering into a Section 106 Agreement to secure the necessary contribution for the enhancement and maintenance of local open space provision and the imposition of a condition relating to the provision of a parking management plan.
