RESOLVED – (6 for, 3 against) That planning permission be refused on the grounds that the proposed development would have an overbearing relationship with adjacent properties contrary to Policy CDH 1.8 by virtue of overshadowing, visual intrusion the resultant significant and detrimental loss of light to the neighbouring property.
