RESOLVED – That planning permission be granted subject to the completion of a Section 106 Agreement in relation to the enhancement, maintenance and monitoring costs at the receptor/offsetting site.

The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee grants planning permission.
