A representative of the Strategic Head of Service (Legal & Democratic Governance and Monitoring Officer) submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) summarising recent appeal decisions; listing current planning appeals and dates for local enquiries; informal hearings for planning appeals, and enforcement action within the Bramhall & Cheadle Hulme South Area.

The following comments were made/issues raised:-

·         It was noted that the item in the report relating to 11 Maple Avenue fell within the area covered by Cheadle Area Committee.

·         Members queried a delay in relation to the appeal for 21 Ogden Road. It was commented that the court date had been further adjourned due to illness, with a new date expected to be set in mid-August.
