Decision:

The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has considered a number of objections received in relation to the proposed introduction of restrictions on Lower Fold in the Marple South and High Lane Ward (Appendix A) and has agreed that, notwithstanding the objections received, the order be made as advertised.

The alternatives to the proposals laid out within the report would significantly impact the delivery of the scheme, and there would minimal loss of parking for members of the public.
