Decision:

The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has given approval to the legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Orders for the Road Safety around School scheme at Oak Tree Primary School, as shown in Appendix A of the Area Committee Update report and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, that the orders be made.

Alternative options considered:

Whilst this Traffic Regulation Order was being mapped on the council system, it was noted that administrative errors had occurred within the schedule and measurements had been noted incorrectly. This amendment sought to rectify these errors.
