Decision:

The Deputy Chief Executive in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member, has agreed to the costs of the delivery of modular buildings and temporary spaces at Bramhall High School as below.

The Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member, has agreed to costs of up to £690,000 for the first contract, up to £322,000 for the second contract and up to £265,650 for the third contract and to agree to a capital allocation of up to £1,277,650 to cover these costs and works, which will be funded initially from the Schools Condition Allocation and subsequently funded by direct grant from the DfE.

The Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member, has agreed to a direct award procurement process being followed for the delivery of all modular buildings and temporary spaces.
