Is subject to call in?: Yes
The Cabinet Member for Highways, Parks & Leisure Services has noted that a proposal in relation to ‘The Mayors Walking and Cycling Challenge Fund – Heatons to Stockport Cycling Route’ was submitted for consideration by the Heatons and Reddish Area Committee on 7 March 2022 and which was subsequently approved by the Cabinet Member for Economy & Regeneration on 22 March 2022 and published as executive decision reference CMDE&R61.
It was further noted that when the Traffic Regulation Order Schedules were reviewed after formal advertisement it was discovered that minor changes suggested by the Area Committee had not been included and there were also some minor errors and omissions which required rectifying. These changes require the processing of an additional Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) and Speed Limit Order (SLO).
The Cabinet Member for Highways, Parks & Leisure Services has therefore given approval to advertisement of the following amended traffic regulation order and speed limit order and, subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £600 to be funded from the Mayors Walking and Cycling Challenge Fund Budget:-
