Purpose:

To provide an update on the Council’s partnership with the Institute of Place Management in supporting the development of the Borough’s eight District Centres and set out the next steps along with recommendations of funding allocations.

Decision:

The Cabinet has considered an update on the Council’s partnership with the Institute of Place Management in supporting the development of the Borough’s eight District Centres, setting out the next steps along with recommendations on spend within the current financial year 2022/ 23 and has agreed that Action plans for each District Centre be developed, in collaboration with local stakeholders, based on the recommendations in the Institute of Place Management Reports.
