The Stepping Hill Area Committee considered and gave approval to the advertisement of a package of traffic regulation orders as part of a wider scheme, published under Executive Decision ACEDSH525 on 19 October 2022.
However, the element relating to Southwood Road, Great Moor falls within with jurisdiction of the Cabinet Member and a separate decision was required to give effect to this part of the proposals.
The Cabinet Member for Highways, Parks and Leisure Services has therefore given approval to the legal advertising of the traffic regulation orders, and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a total cost of £1,210 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Stepping Hill ward allocation):-
