The Assistant Director - Legal and Democratic
Governance and Monitoring Officer has given approval to an
application from Heaton Explorers for a total grant of £250
from the Ward Flexibility Fund budget (£150 and £100
from the Davenport & Cale Green and Manor ward allocations
respectively) towards the cost of supporting fundraising efforts of
members of Heaton Explorers to attend the World Scout Jamboree in
South Korea, August 2023.
The ward councillors have been consulted on this grant allocation
and are in agreement that it be made.
