The Cabinet Member for Highways, Parks & Leisure Services has considered a number of objections received to the legal advertising of a Traffic Regulation Order (Elisabeth Mill S.106 Measures) that included a substantial package of traffic measures (road humps, speed cushions, 20mph zone and parking restrictions) in North Reddish attached to the Section 106 agreement for the Elisabeth Mill residential development, and has agreed that in the light of the objections the Orders should be made as advertised subject to the removal of the following elements:-
Revocation of No Waiting at Any Time
David Street, both sides, from the eastern kerbline of St. Elisabeth’s Way for a distance of 5.0 metres in an easterly direction.
Proposed No Waiting at Any Time
David Street, southern side, from the eastern kerbline of St. Elisabeth’s Way for a distance of 67.2 metres in an easterly direction.
