The Area Committee was minded to approve the statutory legal advertising of the following No Waiting at any Time Traffic Regulation Order at the junction of Forbes Close and Forbes Road, Offerton, at a cost of £700 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Manor Ward allocation):-

No Waiting at Any Time:

Forbes Road

Westerly side from a point 8 metres south of the southerly kerb line of Forbes Close in a northerly direction to a point 5 metres north of the northerly kerb line of Forbes Close.

 Forbes Close

Southerly side from the westerly kerb line of Forbes Road for a distance of 8 metres in a westerly direction.

 Northerly side from the westerly kerb line of Forbes Road for a distance of 10

 metres in a westerly direction.

The Area Committee further approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made.
