The Area Committee was minded to approve the following Traffic Regulation Order in the vicinity of Oak Tree Primary School, Cheadle Hulme, as shown on drawing no. 0305/OT/002 attached to the report,  at an approximate cost of £4,500 to be funded from the Road Safety around Schools 2017-18 programme budget allocation:-

The Area Committee also approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made.

Declarations or conflicts of Interest: Councillor Sylvia Humphreys declared a Personal and Prejudicial Interest in the item as her daughter was involved with road safety around Oak Tree Primary School as a member of the Parent Teachers Association. Councillor Humphreys' granddaughter also attended the school. Councillor Humphreys took no part in the discussion or vote. Councillor Keith Holloway declared a Personal and Prejudicial in the item as member of the Governing Body of Oak Tree Primary School. Councillor Holloway took no part in the discussion or vote.
