The Area Committee was minded to approve the following Traffic Regulation Order in the vicinity of Oak Tree Primary School, Cheadle Hulme, as shown on drawing no. 0305/OT/002 attached to the report, at an approximate cost of £4,500 to be funded from the Road Safety around Schools 2017-18 programme budget allocation:-

Councillor Humphreys' granddaughter also attended the school. Councillor Humphreys took no part in the discussion or vote. Councillor Keith Holloway declared a Personal and Prejudicial in the item as member of the Governing Body of Oak Tree Primary School. Councillor Holloway took no part in the discussion or vote.
