The Area Committee considered proposals for waiting restrictions on parts of Moorland Road, Crossway, Lowland Road and Ferndale Avenue, Woodsmoor in order to improve access for public transport and approved the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation, to be funded at a cost of £700 from the Area Committee Delegated Budget (Stepping Hill Ward allocation) and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the Order being made:-

South East side from a point 11 metres South West of the projected South Westerly kerb line of Crossway for a distance of 27.5 metres in a North Easterly direction.
North West side from a point 11 metres South West of the South Westerly kerb line of Crossway in a North Easterly direction to a point 9 metres North East of the North Easterly kerb line of Crossway.
Crossway
Both sides from the North Westerly kerb line of Moorland Road for a distance of 10 metres in a North Westerly direction.
Lowland Road
North East side from the South Easterly kerb line of Ferndale Avenue for a distance of 7 metres in a South Easterly direction.
Ferndale Avenue
North West side from the Easterly kerb line of Lowland Road for a distance of 5 metres in a North Easterly direction.
South East side from the Easterly kerb line of Lowland Road for a distance of 6 metres in a North Easterly direction.
