The Executive Councillor (Communities & Housing) has approved the introduction of a Puffin Crossing on the A6 Buxton Road in the vicinity of the War Memorial, as part of the A6 to Manchester Airport Relief Road (A6MARR) Complementary and Mitigation Measures (CMM) for High Lane and Hazel Grove. The scheme will be funded from the A6MARR Complementary and Mitigation Measures scheme budget.
Marple Area Committee supported the proposal.
