The Area Committee was minded to approve the revocation of the Traffic Regulation Order for a Disabled Persons Parking Bay fronting 46 Kennerley Road, Davenport, at an approximate cost of £650 to funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Davenport and Cale Green Ward allocation).
The Area Committee further approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order can be made.
The Stepping Hill Area Committee had no objections to the proposal.
