Decision:
The Area Committee has approved an application from the Cale Green Residents’ Association – Park Group to hold a Summer Fun Day in Cale Green Park on 26 June 2016, subject to the production of the appropriate paperwork, the completion of the event application checklist and no goldfish being used as prizes.
The Area Committee further agreed that should the organiser contravene the Council’s policy with regard to no goldfish being used as prizes, then approval would not be given to future applications for Summer Fun Days.
