Purpose:
The Executive will be asked to consider
proposed changes to the policy which sets out the Councils approach
to the recovery and collection of outstanding debt.
Decision:
The Executive considered and approved a revised Corporate Debt Recovery Policy that had been reviewed following legislative changes and consideration of council tax collection processes by a cross-party working group of councillors.
