The Area Committee was minded to approve the following No Waiting At Any Time Traffic Regulation Order on Diamond Street, Heaviley, as set out below, at an approximate cost of £550 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Manor Ward allocation):-
Proposed Traffic Regulation Order – No Waiting At Any Time
Diamond Street - both sides from a point 26 metres south east of the south easterly kerbline of Soudan Road for a distance of 6.7 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Area Committee further approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order can be made.
