The Area Committee was minded to approve the proposed Traffic Regulation Orders on various roads in the proximity of Queens Road (Oak Tree) Primary School, Cheadle Hulme as set in the schedule detailed in paragraph 4.2 of the report and shown on drawing number 4144/001 attached to the report, at an approximate cost of £2,450 to be funded by the developer as part of the approved planning application.
The Area Committee further approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order can be made.
