Purpose:

Following approval of new Executive Portfolio responsibilities and budgets, seven Portfolio Performance and Resource Agreements (PPRAs) are presented for approval alongside feedback from the recent cycle of Scrutiny Committees. These will provide the basis for in-year and annual Portfolio and Corporate reports.

Decision:

Following the approval of the new Executive Portfolio responsibilities, the Executive considered seven Portfolio Agreements which reflected the Investing in Stockport outcomes framework set out in the 2015/16 Council Plan, along with the spending plans set out in the Medium Term Financial Plan.

 

The Executive approved the 2015/16 Portfolio Agreements set out in Appendix 2 to the report.
