To provide the Committee with an overview of
the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, an update
on progress of implementation of ASB Reforms and the delegation of
powers to Stockport Homes under the new legislation.
The Corporate Director (Place Management & Regeneration) has approved the delegation of powers under Section 53 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 to nominated officers from Stockport Homes.
