Purpose:

To agree, adopt and publish the revised Statement of Licensing Policy for Stockport, as the Licensing Authority under the Licensing Act 2003.

Decision:

The Executive Meeting has recommended that the Council Meeting approve and adopt the Statement of Licensing Policy in relation to the licensing of premises for the provision of regulated entertainment, supply of alcohol and provision of late night refreshment and the proposed amendments to the policy as detailed in the accompanying report.
