Purpose:
The report will present a recommendation on the future housing management of the Council's Housing stock.

Decision:
The Executive considered and noted the outcome of the Housing Options Appraisal customer consultation and assessment process be noted and gave approval to a further management agreement being offered to Stockport Homes Ltd for the management of the Council’s housing stock.
