Decision:

At its meeting on 6 December 2022, the Cabinet considered a report detailing a proposal to enter into an agreement with the sustainable infrastructure company Iduna to help improve EVCI provision across the borough.  As part of the decision, approval was given to delegate of final terms for the lease agreements to the Director of Place Management in consultation with Cabinet Member for CAN.

 

The Director of Place Management, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Climate Change & Environment, has now given approval to the final terms for the lease for the EV charging site at the Banks Lane Car Park in Offerton providing authority to enter into the lease as detailed in this report; and for the Assistant Director for Governance to take any action and do all things necessary, incidental or expedient to the implementation of the above resolution.
