Decision:
The Assistant Director for Legal &
Democratic Governance has given approval to an application from
Housebound Too Scooting for a total grant of £250 from the
Ward Flexibility Fund budget (£100 from the Brinnington &
Stockport Central and Edgeley ward allocations, and £50 from
the Davenport & Cale Green ward allocation) towards a social
gathering and fundraising event on 6 April 2024 to enable the group
to socialise and to promote the group. To include, travel,
advertising, public liability insurance, food, venue, entertainment
and items for stalls.
The ward councillors have been consulted on this grant allocation
and are in agreement that it be made.
