The Deputy Chief
Executive has noted that in October 2022 he had given approval to
the acquisition of 6 no. 1 bed leasehold flats (officer decision
reference ODDCE330).
It is further noted that it was not possible to complete the sale
of one of those sites, and as a consequence the Deputy Chief
Executive has given approval to the variation of the original
decision to acquire an alternative property at the location
specified in the 'not for publication' report.
