The Pay Policy Statement sets out the Council’s approach to pay policy in accordance with Section 38 of the Localism Act 2011 and the Local Government Transparency requirements. In addition the statement incorporates the Councils Gender Pay Gap (GPG) information which has to be published on an annual basis. Cabinet will be asked to approve the Pay Policy Statement.


The Cabinet considered the Council’s Annual Pay Policy Statement and Gender Pay Gap figures for 2022 and recommended the Council Meeting adopt the Statement and agree to publish the Council’s Gender Pay Gap information.
