Northern side from a point 10 metres East of the Eastern kerb line of Tunstall Street to a point 10 metres West of the Western kerb line of Tunstall Street.

Tunstall Street

Western side from the Northern kerb line of Nicholson Street for a distance of 6.2 metres in a Northerly direction (to tie-in with aforementioned).

Western side from a point 20 metres North of the Northern kerb line of Nicholson Street for a distance of 6.4 metres in a Northerly direction.

Western side from the Southern kerb line of Orphanage Street for a distance of 5 metres in a Southerly direction.

Eastern side from the Northern kerb line of Nicholson Street for a distance of approx. 49 metres in a Northerly direction to Orphanage Street.

Gordon Street

South East side from a point 10 metres South West of the South Western kerb line of Orphanage Street to a point 10 metres North East of the North Eastern kerb line of Orphanage Street.

Orphanage Street

Both sides from the South Eastern kerb line of Gordon Street in a Southerly direction (following the kerb line) for a distance of approx. 29 metres to the cul-de-sac end (to tie-in with the aforementioned on Gordon Street and Tunstall Road).
