The Area Committee has approved an application from the Four Heaton’s Traders Association (4HTA) to hold their Annual Summer Festival at Heaton Moor Park on Sunday 12th July 2020, between the hours of 11.00am and 5.00pm, accessing the site between the hours of 7.00am and 7.00pm to set up and close down the event subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions including a Temporary Events Notice, Health and Safety paperwork, insurances and payment of agreed fees and charges.
