Purpose:
To consider and agree the implications of implementing self- financing for the Stockport Housing Revenue Account from April 2012 and agree the 30 year business plan and asset management strategy for the Housing Revenue Account.
Decision:
The Executive Meeting has endorsed and approved the Housing Revenue Account Asset Management Strategy and 30 Year Business Plan for the self-financing of the Housing Revenue Account through a one-off settlement from the Government.
