Purpose:
To seek Cabinet approval of the updated
Strategic Regeneration Framework in light of the responses to the
public consultation we ran from 18th July – 6th September
2019.
Decision:
The Cabinet considered and noted comprehensive summary of the outcomes of the consultation on the draft Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF) for Town Centre West, then approved the SRF, to form the basis of a Supplementary Planning Document for Town Centre West.
