Purpose:
The report provides an update on the work
being undertaken to inform the updating of the South East
Manchester Multi-Modal Strategy to 2040
Decision:
The Cabinet have (1) Approved the proposals set out in the report forming the basis of a public consultation to be undertaken as part of the current public consultation with the Local Plan.
(2) Delegated authority to the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Economy and Regeneration, to approve the final document for consultation which should take account of comments raised by both the Cabinet and Economy & Regeneration Scrutiny Committee.
