Decision:

The Area Committee has given approval to the statutory legal advertisement of following scheme and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the Order at a cost of at a cost of £900 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bramhall North ward allocation):-

 

Revoke Existing Traffic Regulation Orders

 

‘No Waiting 8am to 7pm (inclusive) return prohibited’

 

Fairway, Bramhall – West south side from its junction with Victoria Way for a distance of approximately 75 metres in a northerly and westerly direction.

 

Cromwell Road, Bramhall – West side from the limit of the existing restrictions

(near nos 17/19 Cromwell Road) to its junction with Victoria Way in a northerly direction.

 

Fairway, Bramhall – East and north sides from a point approximately 50 metres North of the northerly kerb line of Victoria Way for a distance of approx. 30 metres in a northerly and then westerly direction.

 

Victoria Way, Bramhall – Both sides, from its junction with Cromwell Road, in a Westerly direction for a distance of 10 metres.

 

Proposed Traffic Regulation Orders

 

No Waiting 8am to 7pm (inclusive) return prohibited

 

Cromwell Road, Bramhall - West Side – From a point, 20 metres north of the intersection of the kerb line of Moss Lane, to the intersection of the southern kerb line of Victoria Way a distance of 215 metres

 

Fairway, Bramhall - West Side – From the intersection of the northern kerb line of Victoria Way, heading in a northerly direction, then westerly direction for a distance of 76 metres

 

Fairway, Bramhall - East Side – From a point 24 metres north of the intersection of the northern kerb line of Victoria Way, heading in a northerly direction, then westerly direction for a distance of 61 metres.

 

Victoria Way, Bramhall - North Side – From the intersection of the Western kerb line of Cromwell Road for a distance of 30 metres in a Westerly direction

 

Victoria Way, Bramhall - South Side – From the intersection of the Western kerb line of Cromwell Road for a distance of 43 metres in a Westerly direction
