Decision:
The Council Meeting has:-
(1) Approved the appropriate Council Tax resolutions as set out in Appendix One which would not increase the Council Tax which includes the Police and Crime Commissioner for Greater Manchester and Fire and Rescue Authority precepts which have also been frozen for the 2012/13 financial year.
The Council therefore approved a Band D Council Tax of £ 1,606.99 for the 2015/16 financial year.
(2) Noted the calculation of Aggregate Amounts as directed by Section 31A of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 set out at Appendix Two to the report.

Those councillors who were property owners or eligible to pay Council Tax declared a disclosable pecuniary interest in this item for which a dispensation in respect of these matters had been granted by the Standards Committee.
