Purpose:
The Council are required to update our
Contaminated Land Strategy in line with new Statutory Guidance. The
previous update was 2009, the latest review includes significant
changes which now need formal adoption.
Decision:
The Executive considered and approved the revised Contaminated Land Strategy as the basis for the Council’s strategic approach to dealing with contaminated land in the Borough.
