The Area Committee has given approval to an application from the Heaton Norris Community Centre for an increased grant of £1,000 (£500 from Reddish South and £500 from Heatons South ward allocations) towards the cost of running creative arts and crafts activities for Black History Month, which will end with a celebration event to display the artwork.
