Decision:

The Area Committee has given approval to the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order (TRO), and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the order at a cost of £1,000 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Cheadle Hulme South ward allocation).

 

Proposed (TRO) ‘No Waiting at Any Time’

 

Rushside Road - North Side:

From a point 10 metres west of the western kerbline of Leafield Drive to a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerbline of Leafield Drive.

 

Leafield Drive - Both Sides:

From the northern kerbline of Rushside Road in a northerly direction for a distance of 9.5 metres.

 

Rushside Road - South Side:

From a point 10 metres west of the western kerbline of Rushton Road to a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerbline of Rushton Road.

 

Rushton Road - Both Sides:

From the southern kerbline of Rushside Road in a southerly direction for a distance of 13 metres.

 

Rushside Road - North Side:

From a point 10 metres west of the western kerbline of Fulbrook Drive to a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerbline of Fulbrook Drive.

 

Fulbrook Drive - Both Sides:

From the northern kerbline of Rushside Road in a north westerly direction for a distance of 13.5 metres.

 

Rushside Road - South Side:

From a point 10 metres west of the south western kerbline of Newbury Close to a point 10 metres north east of the north eastern kerbline of Newbury Close.

 

Newbury Close – Both Sides:

From the south eastern kerbline of Rushside Road in a south easterly direction for a distance of 10 metres.

 

Rushfield Road – South West Side:

From a point 10 metres north west of the north western kerbline of Rushside Road to a point 10 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of Rushside Road.

 

Rushside Road – Both Sides:

From the south western kerbline of Rushfield Road for a distance of 12 metres in a south westerly direction.
