The Cabinet has agreed to recommend that the Council Meeting approves and adopts the proposed amendments to the Constitution relating to the officer scheme of delegation; contract procedure rules; financial procedure rules; mayoralty; scrutiny procedure rules and the council meeting procedure rules.
