Decision details

Further to the recommendations made by the extraordinary Council Meeting on 6 November 2012 in relation to the future governance arrangements of the Contributors Committee of Solutions SK, the Executive Meeting agreed to delegate the following to the Chief Executive, in consultation with all political Group Leaders:-

·         determination of the size of the Contributors Committee;

·         appointment of councillors to the reconfigured Contributors Committee

·         to take all necessary legal action to implement this decision.
