To present revised hierarchy for adoption in light of the new Code of Practice

Decision:

The Cabinet considered a review of the Functional Network Hierarchy (FNH) that had been undertaken as part of the implementation of the Well-Managed Highways Infrastructure Code of Practice and agreed that:

 

        the amendment of the Functional Network Hierarchy using the process set out in Section 4 of the report be approved;

        the Service Director for Place Management be authorised to approve amendments to the Functional Network Hierarchy in consultation with the appropriate cabinet member.
