The Area Committee considered an objection received to the proposed introduction of a waiting restrictions on NorburyCrescent, Hazel Grove. The report also included a response from the Coporate Director to the issues raised and in light of the objection received, agree to amend the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport (Norbury Crescent, Hazel Grove) (Prohibition Of Waiting) Order 2018 as follows:-

North Easterly side from a point 10 metres North West of the North Westerly kerb line of Chester Road in a North Westerly direction following the kerb line to a point level with the Southerly boundary line of property No. 1.

South Westerly side from a point 45.5 metres North West of the North Westerly kerb line of Chester Road in a North Westerly direction following     the kerb line to a point level with the Southerly boundary line of property No.1.
