The Area Committee was minded to approve the following Traffic Regulation Order on Neal Avenue/Eastleigh Road, Heald Green as shown on Drawing Nos. NM8-5021-02 and NM8-5021-03 attached to the report, at an approximate cost of £1,600 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Heald Green Ward allocation):-

Neal Avenue (West Side)

From a point 16.5 metres north of the intersection of the northern kerbline of Finney Lane for a distance of 89 metres in a northerly direction.

Neal Avenue (East Side)

From a point 16.5 metres north of the intersection of the northern kerbline of Finney Lane for a distance of 88 metres in a northerly direction.

Eastleigh Road (North Side)

From the intersection of the Eastern kerbline of Neal Avenue for a distance of 17.5 metres in an easterly direction.

Eastleigh Road (South Side)

From the intersection of the Eastern kerbline of Neal Avenue for a distance of 18 metres in an easterly direction.

The Area Committee approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made.
