Decision:

That with regard to the application from the Council's Museum Service to hold an open air theatre production of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet In Bramhall Park on 29 June 2018, the Area Committee has agreed to:-

 

(1) Rescind its decision of 14 December 2017 to refuse the application (executive decision reference ACEDB379); and to

 

(2) Give approval to the application subject to the applicant making the necessary provision to mitigate and protect against the potential for damage to the Archery Lawn when used for event parking.

Alternative options considered:

To not rescind the decision of the Area Committee on 14 December 2017 to refuse the application.
