The Area Committee has given approval to the measures contained within the report including the implementation of traffic calming measures, a temporary 20mph speed limit order and provide quiet lane treatments and associated plans and the legal advertising of the package of Traffic Regulations Orders detailed in Appendix A of the report, and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the Orders, at a cost of £210,000 to be funded from the development agreement associated with the planning consent for the housing development at the former BAE site on Chester Road, Woodford.
