As part of the Growth and Reform programme the
Council is considering its future Information, Advice and Guidance
offer. This proposal is presented by Cabinet with a view to seeking
feedback through consultation and engagement. This consultation
will inform the development of a further iteration of this proposed
future offer.
The Cabinet considered and approved a draft proposal for changes to the Information, Advice and Guidance services to realise potential savings as part of the Council’s Growth and Reform Programme, and requested that the Deputy Chief Executive prepare a detailed business case for the proposal.
