Purpose:
Members are asked to consider a refreshed version of the Council Plan for 2016/17. This outlines key objectives for the next 12 months within the wider Investing in Stockport outcomes framework. If approved, it will provide the basis for Portfolio Agreements, setting out in more detail what will be delivered during 2016/17, alongside investment and risks to achieving outcomes.
